Give me my bass back !

A good item, used it a lot. However since last update bottom 1/3 of the screen - the bass - does not produce sound. Rebooted, took it off, put it on ... no bass ! Give me back my bass !!! I am not buying your other two until this is fixed. I want my BLOOM back !
